—Format: 9 Hole 4 Person Scramble

—Days/Times: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday at 10AM, 12:30PM, 3PM, 5:30PM, 8PM

—Cost per team: $400 + $100 Sign Up Fee
--Weekly Fee: $10 per player

—Time Limit: 2 hours and 15 minutes per round. Any unfinished play will result in the team “parring out” the remaining holes.

—Substitutions: Up to 2 substitutes are allowed per team.

—Score Verification: Scores must be verified by an X-Golf employee immediately after play. Failure to do so may result in a forfeit.

—Missed Time: If a team misses their scheduled time, they must make it up at their own expense or forfeit that week's match.

—Mulligans: No mulligans are allowed unless under exceptional circumstances, as determined by an X-Golf employee (e.g., a “sky shot”).

—Additional Information

 Team Management

 Team Captain: Each team will designate a captain responsible for coordinating with X-Golf staff, ensuring team attendance, and managing score submissions.

—Check-In Process

 Check-In Table: Teams must check in with an X-Golf employee at the designated check-in table. The employee will escort them to their bay when ready and collect cards or cash for weekly fees.

—League Structure

 Weekly Updates: A weekly email or text update will be sent to keep teams informed about standings, upcoming matches, and any special announcements.

—Social Media Engagement

 Community Building: Teams are encouraged to share their league experiences on social media using a designated hashtag. The most engaging posts will be rewarded with incentives like additional range time or discounts.
